We created RE:NEW with so much care because we know how frustrating it can be to feel out of sync with your body. We hope that it helps you feel like you again - calm, clear, balanced, and in control.
But if for any reason it’s not the right fit, no worries - we’ve got you.
You can return your bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To keep things fair, we just ask that you cover the return shipping cost.
How to Start a Return

- Which item you’d like to return
- A short reason (just so we can keep improving!)
Our friendly support team will guide you step-by-step. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
